I no longer even feel guilty about my Gossip Girl obsession. The fact that a second season has already been ordered proves to me that I'm certainly not the only one feeling the love.
Are S & B back together for good? Certainly not. But for the time being, I am certainly enjoying the lack of bitchiness, at least as far as the girls are concerned.
And surprisingly, Chuck proved that he thinks of people other than himself in last night's episode as well. And what came of N's trust fund? I think we all know he's being cut off for standing up to his Dartmouth-loving pops.
Of course it'll all come together eventually... because last night's little poker escapade may show him that life outside of his Upper East Side bubble isn't all he expects it to be. But for now? The lack of school-related drama surprisingly hasn't ruined the show for me. It obviously won't last, but I know we all can't wait to see what the future holds.
