This week's episode of Brothers and Sisters was nothing short of phenomenal. If there is a TV cast more worthy of an ensemble acting award, I'd be shocked.
From heart breaking to heart warming, this week's episode had everything. I had to hold myself back from getting too involved. In the first segment, I was furious with Justin for how he treated his family, primarily Kevin. Then I was sad for all of them... and then proud for what they made it through in those first 24 hours.
There hasn't been a family on TV in ages that I have cared about as I do the Walkers (yes, Camdens, this includes you). Maybe because they remind me so much of my own... drink a bit too much, thrive on drama, and bicker lovingly. As someone who would give the world for my two younger sisters, I identified with Kitty all too well when she forced Justin to realize he needed a change.
And not enough can be said about Justin Walker/Dave Annable himself. If this episode doesn't earn him at the very least a nomination for major acting awards, there is little justice in the TV world.
